Assisted Living Concepts (www.alcco.com) with over 200 assisted living communities throughout the United States is seeking a service-oriented Residence Director at Mountain View Meadows , located in Ellensburg, WA. Responsibilities includes all aspects of the operations of the residence such as marketing, census development, community relations, implementation of policies and procedures, budgetary objectives and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have experience in staffing, training, supervision and employee relations. We prefer candidates with Bachelors degree and experience in long-term care or health care. Assisted Living Concepts provides a competitive salary, bonus programs and an attractive benefit program including medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance, Holidays, vacation (2 weeks after 90 days, 3 weeks after one year).
