Job Skills/Requirements
As a Reporting Analyst within our Scottsdale based, Reporting & Analytics group, you will be responsible for report specifications, including report creation, data validation and report validation from the information systems that drive the next generation of our health care services and products. You will need to leverage your knowledge of report writing and QA principles to develop both ongoing and ad-hoc reports that will be used for both internal and external reporting needs. This role allows you to participate as a member of our dynamic team with direct responsibility for meeting the information needs of our clients and to participate in the development of the reporting framework that is critical for the development of ongoing product solutions. Our project management philosophy provides the framework to develop test cases, and test processes in our validation efforts as you leverage your knowledge of business intelligence systems.
BA degree or equivalent required
3 years direct experience with healthcare analytics, report creation, data validation and report validation.
MS Access and Excel experience also required .
Experience with Cognos, SAS, or other business intelligence applications preferred.
Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate effectively with other departments and clients.
Experience with Supply Chain Management a plus.
Education Requirements
– Bachelor's degree required
