Rehabilitation Nursing Assistant
24 hours per week - Day shift
Functions as a Certified Nursing Assistant, and is responsible for a partial patient assignment on the Rehabilitation Unit to ensure that patients are ready for their scheduled therapy appointments each morning. Works with patients that have been referred to the Nursing Rehabilitation Program to provide a variety of unskilled exercises and activities that are specific to each patient’s plan of care. Meets regularly with his/her supervisor in order to provide for opportunities for learning and feedback, and to review each patient’s progress toward goals within the Rehabilitation Nursing Program.
