Our goal is to work with the patient and the family to ensure a smooth transition to the home, residential care or long term care environment. We pay special attention to achieving an optimal outcome by establishing individualized treatment plans for each patient.

This is a great time to join us. As we continue to grow aggressively, we are adding new positions almost daily, which leads directly to where you will fit in...

Uncommon in a company of our size, we are extremely receptive and responsive to new ideas, and this position offers the opportunity to ensure continuing excellence for an already successful and well-recognized healthcare provider. It will challenge your independent initiative and clinical skills as much as your creativity and organizational management abilities.

The Nuts & Bolts of the Job

Reporting to the Regional Manager, your responsibilities here will be broad in range; however, we've identified four major areas of focus:

You will be responsible for the direct supervision and guidance of all the therapy personnel in your assigned facility(s), including licensed, registered, certified therapists, assistants, aides and students. This will include:

Complete billing documentation.

Coordinate claims management activities.

Participate in professional association committees, and in facility and company meetings.

Partner with the Regional Manager to formulate monthly, quarterly and annual budgetary goals.

Department follows the established policies and procedures of the facility and the company.

Rehabilitation needs of the residents are met.

Regulatory standards are adherence to as they pertain to the delivery of rehabilitation services.

Program development and enhancement

We place a strong emphasis on continual improvement, and you will perform periodic reviews of the therapy services offered and develop new services and programs to meet the needs of our changing environment. At a more strategic level, you will network and develop relationships outside of your facility (i.e. with the local hospitals and referral sites).

The 'Insider's View'

Your leadership style will be crucial to your success here. Your enthusiastic and prudent management will win confidence and respect from above and below. Looking ahead about a year or so, you'll be in great shape if you have:

Developed an excellent rapport with your team and instilled confidence in your management abilities.

Maintained a low staff turnover and high morale.
