Help United Home Care Services, Inc. be a leader in the Health Services industry by acting as the Physical Therapist who restores patient's function, alleviates pain, and prevents disabilities; meets the patient's goals and needs and provides quality care; helps patient accomplish treatment plan and accept therapeutic devices; administers treatments; evaluates effect of therapy treatments and fit of prosthetic and orthotic devices; completes discharge planning; assures continuation of therapeutic plan following discharge; documents services; maintains safe and clean working environment; ensures operation of equipment; trains staff; complies with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements.

Qualifications

Good diagnostic and clinical skills. Understanding of how patient's signs and symptoms relate to a disease process.

Creates an integrated care environment that is efficient, safe, and cost effective.

Experience in health promotion, maintenance, and prevention.

Ability to recognize signs and symptoms of pain.

Motivates others to achieve. Raises morale and increases productivity.

Familiarity with issues of compliance for state and federal regulations.

Basic understanding of physiological functions and processes as they relate to issues of patient care.

Demonstrates persistence. Strives to improve skills and achieve goals despite setbacks, obstacles.

Committed to meeting quality standards.

Builds trust and is patient and responsive to client's needs.

One year minimum of supervised experience.

Must be a licensed PT in the State of Florida and maintain professional liability insurance.
