Livingston Infusion, an affiliate of the Saint Barnabas Health Care System, has an immediate opening for a Registered Pharmacist in the South Plainfield, N.J. office.The pharmacist is responsible for the provision of pharmaceutical care to all patient groups (including geriatric, adult, adolescent, pediatric and neonatal patients). Responsible for the preparation, dispensing and monitoring of both the prescribing and effectiveness of all medications and IV admixtures. Must be able to exercise considerable independent decision making.Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and current NJ licensure and registration as a Pharmacist. Infusion Pharmacy experience desired. Familiarity with all phases of Pharmacy practice. Working knowledge of health care matters. Proficient in IV additives, chemotherapy, order processing, computer skills and infusion pump knowledge.
