Looking for RN Travel Case Manager with recent Hospital CM Experience (greater Phoenix/Tucson areas)
Case Managers are clinically competent in care of patients served. The Case Manager manages the interdisciplinary discharge plan to achieve timely and anticipated discharges. The Oncology Service includes a 30 bed inpatient unit. An experienced Case Manager is needed with at least 2 years recent Hospital Case Management and 3-5 years oncology clinical experience
Also have Telemetry opening. An experienced Case Manager is needed with at least 2 years recent Hospital Case Management and 3-5 years cardiac telemetry clinical experience.
