We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse-Meducare Pediatric Team Leader for the Pediatric Flight Team.
The Team Leader reports to the Meducare Pediatric Team Nurse Manager. The Team Leader provides supervision of Nurses, Respiratory Therapist and Emergency Medical Technicians for the assigned task area. The Team Leader plans, coordinates and evaluates work activities and assigned duties of staff. Also participates in emergency situtations and workload as required. At least 3 years nursing experience with two years experience in transport medicine preferred. Extensive knowledge and practices in critical care, practices in the transport environment and an ability to act quickly and maintain stability in emergency situations.
