We offer skilled medical services for individuals recovering from surgery or illness who have plans to return home.  Unit Manager-Registered Nurse POSITION OVERVIEW The primary purpose of this position is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of a designated unit in the facility. Such supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be required by the Director of Nursing Services, to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained. Ability to deal tactfully with residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general public. Ability to function as an effective team member through good communication and cooperation to meet departmental goals, to develop/maintain good personnel relations and employee morale. Professional Experience/Educational Requirements:

* Registered Nurse with previous clinical supervisory experience * Two years experience in a long term care setting * Current CPR Certification
