Monday through Friday

11pm to 7am

Come join our team of professionals. We have an  11-7 RN Supervisor position available. 

The primary purpose of this position is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities in the center.  Such supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be required by the Director of Nursing Services, to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained.

We are looking for a professional with the following attributes and credentials: * Ability to deal tactfully with residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general public. * Ability to work harmoniously with and supervise other personnel and develop/maintain good personnel relations and employee morale. * Ability to make independent decisions, to follow instructions, and to accept constructive feedback. * Ability to maintain the care and use of supplies, equipment, etc. * Ability to understand and monitor applicable regulations, policies and procedures. * Ability to respect residents including those who have impaired cognition. * Sufficient verbal and written communication skills to perform the tasks required. * Sufficient computer skills required to perform duties. * RN Degree. * Current CPR certification. * Current RN license in Connecticut.
