Currently seeking energetic and professional Registered Nurse that are experienced working in the ICU / Intensive Care Unit and be able to float in Med / Surg to work full time within elite medical facilities in Tulsa, OK.Skilled Registered Nurse / RN is needed to work in local facility to provide direct patient care. Registered Nurse / RN will observe, assess, and record symptoms, reactions, and progress in patients; assist physicians during surgeries, treatments, and examinations; administer medications; and assist in rehabilitation. Registered Nurse / RN will also develop and manage nursing care plans, instruct patients and their families in proper care, and help individuals and groups take steps to improve or maintain their health.
