Job Description: Responsible for day-to-day backup of the Quality Improvement Director. Tasks include, but are not limited to:Data-monitoring related to existing Quality Improvement initiativesIntervention and outcome monitoring for Quality Improvement projectsCorrespondence (paper and telephone) with members and providers related to Quality issues, including grievances and complaints;Collaboration with Medical Management for issues related to Complex Case Management mined from Quality dataAssist with the administration of the annual HEDIS auditOther duties as the program expands.

Qualifications/Experience:

Minimum 5 years clinical background in an acute healthcare setting;Unrestricted Missouri licensure as a Registered Nurse;Proficient in MS Office applications;Organization and multi-tasking skills;Time-efficiency skills.
