Being responsible and accountable for a group of patients for a designated time frame.
Providing care to patients via therapeutic use of self, the nursing process, and the environment/instrumentation and other health care team members.
Accepting responsibility for direction of coworkers in the implementation of the plan of care.
Working with other nursing units according to distribution of staff and patients.

General Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
Eligible for or currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Wisconsin.
