Registered Nurse (No evenings, weekends, holidays or mandation)

PMHCC Inc., a human service systems management company, is in need of a Registered Nurse for its Community Treatment Team (CTT) program in Philadelphia. The RN will be responsible for: providing an array of health care support to consumers, other team members and services providers; routinely assessing the psychiatric and physical health care needs of these persons; and developing a strength-oriented treatment/service plan that addresses consumer health care needs through the identification and utilization of community resources.

Fifteen percent (15%) of the incumbent's contacts are non-nursing related billable, intensive case management services.

Skills Required: Current clinical skills; knowledge of mental health system/ community resources and networking skills; ability to work independently, flexible and adaptive in handling changing priorities in a fast pace work environment.

Education and Experience: Registered Nurses Degree with at least two (2) years experience in the mental health field. Pennsylvania Licensed in good standing.

Other Job Requirements: Must have a valid driver's license, auto insurance and vehicle for job related travel in the community.
