Initiating problem lists

Working with multidisciplinary teams

Managing patient safety

Staffing an adult inpatient behavioral health and chemical dependency nursing unit specializing in Behavior management, management of alcohol and narcotic withdrawal,

Providing significant patient education on medication management, coping strategies, sleep hygiene.

General Qualifications
Registered Nurse. Wisconsin Licensure

Desired Qualifications
Previous experience behavioral health/chemical dependency. Informal leadership experience. Excellent communication skills, crisis management experience.
