In addition, Aurora's clinical practice model features the novice to expert" process, rewarding levels of achievement in nursing practice involving patient care.where nurses at the bedside make decisions that impact patient care. Aurora's Nursing Leadership supports bedside staff nurse through the Shared Governance Program.where you will be encouraged to work collaboratively to challenge conventional wisdom, develop innovative ideas and implement best practices.

Hours: 1900-0700 nocs Friday and Sunday nocs. Extra 0.2 FTE shifts are negotiable.

General Qualifications
Wisconsin Registered Nurse Licensure or eligibility required.
