Assuming the responsibility for caseloads consisting of patients in specialty areas.
Conducting initial assessment and establishing the plan of care.
Providing one-on-one care that allows you to have an impact on outcomes.
Treating patients holistically, providing individualized care.
Communicating with physicians and facilitating discharge of patients.

General Qualifications


Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) granted by the State of Wisconsin.
Minimum one year of nursing experience in an acute care setting, three years is preferred.
Proficient clinical skills with the ability to make sound judgements.
Also must have Valid WI Drivers License, a reliable vehicle, and a good driving record.
