Nationwide Laboratory Services is seeking a Registered Dietitian. Nationwide is based out of Ft. Lauderdale, FL and is an industry leader in providing full service clinical laboratory testing to hospitals, doctor’s offices, clinics and the like. Summary of Position:
The position is responsible for having a strong working knowledge of LabGuru and e-WERKS to ensure effective and timely identification and resolution of all client issues. Strong knowledge of all aspects of laboratory testing is essential to provide guidance and support to customers regarding their testing and reporting needs. Effective and timely problem solving skills as well as expedient follow up on all customer issues is crucial to successful job performance.
Requirements:
Ø Work closely with facility dietitians to identify and assist with reporting needs relative to CQI targets and expected outcomes.
Ø Work with Software Product Manager to identify and gather pertinent information for custom report requests.
Ø Excellent telephone skills and ability to effectively communicate and follow up with clients regarding any clinical issues, responding quickly and efficiently to all inquiries.
Ø Provide guidance, support and education to Client Services staff relating to QA issues or concerns received in the call center.
Ø Work with Sales and Field Service Representatives to identify and resolve customer issues.
Ø Travel required to assist with sales presentations, CQI meetings and nephrology conferences.
Qualifications:
· 1-3 years experience as a Dietitian in a dialysis facility
· Working knowledge of dialysis network reporting requirements.
· Must have excellent verbal / written communication skills and the ability to deal effectively with a variety of audiences.
· Positive attitude, outgoing personality and professional appearance required.
· Ability to multi-task, strong orientation to detail, and desire to provide excellent customer service to our customers.
· Must have strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
· Ability to travel, as needed.
