Regional Sales Manager – Mississippi and Louisiana

We are a well established corporation seeking a Regional Sales Manager to oversee our occupational health sales force in Mississippi and Louisiana.  

 

This position reports to the CEO and will be responsible for the supervision of 5 – 10 sales professionals in his/her region.  This position will be responsible for ensuring all sales reports are accurate and turned in by established deadlines, establishing relationships with clients,  tracking sales activities, identifying and solving problems in the field, and ensuring good communication between field personnel and the corporate office..  This position requires regular travel within the region.  The successful candidate will possess a strong sales background, prior supervisory experience and the ability to work as part of an executive team. Occupational health or workers’ compensation background highly desired.

 

 A 4 year college degree is preferred, but not required.  Effective communications and computer literacy are necessary skills.
