Regional Sales Manager
Regional Sales Manager – Growing esoteric testing laboratory seeking a Regional Sales Manager to execute the company’s business plan to expand into new markets.
Currently a leading pathology laboratory in the Houston market, we are aggressively expanding into the Austin/San Antonio and Dallas markets.
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree
· Previous sales management in a laboratory setting, preferably in the Oncology sector.
· Background selling directly to corporate accounts
· Experience working with hospitals and laboratories
· Ability to travel up to 60% within the assigned region.
Job Responsibilities:
· Coordinating the specific objectives of the Sales Plan with all of the functional departments of the company.
· Defines and manages the monthly and annual sales objectives for the Region.
· Spends a significant portion of time in the field with individual accounts.
· Stays abreast of industry trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies of the laboratory industry.
· Monitors and reports on sales activities and provides forecasting and relevant information to management.
