Prexus Health (PH) is a rapidly expanding enterprise creating and managing surgical hospitals, surgery centers, imaging centers, physical therapy centers and sleep centers.  We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic, experienced Regional Operations Director to join us as we create the future of healthcare!

Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, the primary responsibilities of the Regional Operations Director include:

1. Ensuring compliance with JCAHO, AAAHC and other governmental agencies.

2. Providing consultation and direction to the center Administrators with regards to budgetary compliance and operations of the centers.

3. Assisting with strategic planning and business development.

4. Monitoring center performance and coaching center administrators to achieve optimal results.

5. Providing leadership and support to the centers.



Minimum Qualifications:

1. MBA/MHA

2. 3-5 years Healthcare Administration

3. 5-7 years managing an ASC, Surgical Hospital or Imaging Center.

4. Budgetary Experience

5. Proficient with Microsoft Office Products

6. Excellent Communication and Human Relations Skills
