Regional Manager - Senior Living

We are seeking an experienced leader who has a caring heart for older adults to be a Regional Manager for a group of facilities in the senior housing industry.  Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Ensuring the facilities under our direction are delivering quality care and services to residents. Employ, train, lead, evaluate and develop qualified facility administrators. Ensure facility operations follow company guidelines and ensure each are in compliance with state and federal regulations. Develop strategies regarding labor, occupancy, expenses and quality of services with the facilities to meet and exceed goals. The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:  Appropriate professional license (i.e., NHA, RCF, ALF, BH, etc.) for the state(s) in which the facilities operate and license must be in good standing. Demonstrated extensive experience in assisted living operations management (or related healthcare). Exceptional verbal and written communications skills. Strong leadership skills particularly in the areas of influencing others, coaching and development. Proven ability to achieve results while building strong, self-reliant teams. Strong ability to manage time and priorities.
