Salary/Wage: Salary, Bonus and Excellent Benefits Job Category: Medical/Health Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Location: Job location not provided Status: Full Time, Employee Relevant Work Experience: 5+ to 7 Years Career Level: Manager (Manager/Supervisor of Staff) Company: AseraCare Hospice Regional Hospice RN Consultant AseraCare Hospice, one of the leading providers of hospice services in the country, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Services Regional Manager to cover our Region 6 (NE, SD, IA, KS, MO, MN).The Clinical Services Regional Manager is responsible for promoting clinical services, clinical and regulatory standards. You will provide clinical and regulatory training, consultation, analysis and advice to home health and hospice agencies within the AseraCare family. You will ensure that the agencies meet clinical practice standards, federal and state regulations and company policies and procedures.You will monitor, consult, and make effective recommendations for modifications to existing processes, systems, policies and practices which will assure efficient, effective and clinical services performance. Must have a minimum of a BSN. Must have recent (within 6-12 months) hands-on nursing experience. Current RN license and ability to license in all six states of coverage. Must have a minimum of five years’ of clinical supervisory/management experience, at least three of which must be in hospice or home health. Multi-site experience highly preferred. Experience in policy and program development required. Must have a demonstrated commitment to hospice philosophy of care. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, experience in OASIS outcome management or CHAP Survey preferred, Medicare and Medicaid regulations knowledge is a must. Current valid drivers license and ability to travel overnight extensively as required.
