Develop, manage and monitor relationships with current and potential clients within a specified marketing region.

Essential Responsibilities/Accountabilities: Lead and manage the sales activities in your designated region of the U.S. to build strong client relations Responsible for maintaining and accurately documenting client interaction (personal, phone and email) in each client contact record within specified region and know the specific sales strategy, at any given time, developed and implemented for each client within the region. Accountable for following INTERLINK’s Sales Process, including identifying potential business opportunities, prospecting, following specific client mailing schedules, following a well-defined travel and meeting schedule, and following through to the close of sale. Develop and implement sales strategies for each contact/company & key targets within the region. Meet and exceed all sales activity quotas, (phone calls, sales meetings and strategy initiatives) Travel to client locations required (25 percent travel), May require flying out on Sunday and returning late Friday evening on weeks of travel.
Additional Responsibilities:Maintain integrity of company image, philosophy, and methods in all communications. Submission of all sales reporting, time and expense reporting, and other administrative tasks on time. Attend and participate in corporate sales and marketing strategy meetings. Attend client meetings and conferences as appropriate to represent the company.
Supervision Received and Exercised:
Works under general supervision of the CEO.
Job Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
· Excellent organization and time management skills.
· Must be willing to travel at least 25 percent of the time.
Education and Experience:
· Bachelor’s Degree (BA) from a four year college or university.
· Experience in or knowledge of healthcare, TPA, or medical stop-loss and Reinsurance industry is highly desired but not required.
· Proven ability to manage long sales cycles.
