LandStone Recruitment Services is currently seeking a Regional Director of Rehabilitation for the aforementioned client. This individual will be responsible for the oversight of all aspects of rehabilitation services in New Jersey. The Corporate Director of Rehabilitation Services reports directly to the Vice President of Rehabilitation for all rehabilitation or corporate initiatives and to the Regional Director of Operations for all facility and region specific issues. This individual will also be responsible for the supervision of facility Directors of Rehabilitation and provide oversight for recruitment functions within designated region.

 

Requirements

·  Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy or Speech Language Pathology.

·  Currently licensed in State of employment.

·  Multiple years of experience managing multiple Rehabilitation facilities in New Jersey.

·  Experience managing cost and productivity.

·  3-5 years of Management experience.
