DescriptionFive Star Quality Care, Inc. is seeking a Regional Director of Operations who has experience overseeing the operations of multiple AL/IL Communities and Skilled Nursing Facilities. This position will be responsible for the operations of communities in the NJ/PA.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record and excellent leadership skills. Must also have experience overseeing multiple sites in the service/hopitality industry in multiple states. Please only inquire if you have experience in the Assisted and Independent Living and Skilled Nursing Environment. This position will be based out of the NJ/PA Area, specific location to be determined.Required ExperienceMust have previous experience as a Regional Director of Operations and Administrator/Executive Director in the Assisted/Independent Living environment with Skilled Nursing experience as well.
