Regional Director of Health Services

The Regional Director of Health Services will be responsible for ensuring healthcare service standards and Title 22 compliance for all Western Region Assisted Living Communities.  Essential job functions will be to oversee the standard operating practices pertaining to health services, medication management, and regulatory compliance for our residents and their families.  The Director will also administer the development and implementation of employee training programs designed to educate and mentor employees on work quality standards and regulations. 

 

Successful candidates will have a passion for working with seniors, as well as demonstrated experience in senior housing quality assurance and knowledge of Title 22 regulations.  Quality leadership candidate will possess excellent diverse communication and strong human relations skills.  Must be willing to travel both by car and air.  Current RN license or LVN with commensurate experience required.  The position will be based from the candidates home office.
