Regional Director of Education Fresenius Medical Care North America (FMCNA) has been a global leader in dialysis for over 25 years. With over 2,000 clinics located in communities all across North America, servicing over 161,000 patients, we have a singular focus on dialysis and a determination to help our patients live their lives to the fullest. The Regional Director of Education will directly supervise the Education Coordinators and preceptors in their role to provide the inservice needs of the faciliities within their assigned geography. This position will also ensure that all programs for new employee orientation, preceptor training, AIM Day, Nurses Technical Training, as well as all clinical services, clinical leadership and Ultracare initiatives comply with the FMS standards. The Regional Director of Education will work with the Director of Training and Organizational Development to ensure high quality of care for all FMS patients through competency-based training and development. RN Licensure required. Advanced education, CNN or CDN preferred. CNN or CDN will be required within 18 months of assuming the position. CPR instruction certification. Must be licensed in all states for which they have responsibility. -At least three (3) years experience in dialysis. -Demonstrated leadership competencies and skills for the position, including excellent communication, customer service, continuous quality improvement, relationship development, results orientation, team building, motivating employees, performance management and decision making. -Demonstrated management skills necessary to provide leadership in the education of dialysis managers and personnel and to ensure the delivery of maximum quality care to all patients. -Must complete the FMS Management and Leadership training modules and ongoing training and development programs within the specified time line.
