Regional Director of Clinical Services (RN)

Life Care Centers of America has an immediate opening for a float Regional Director of Clinical Services in the Southern CA area. The REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF CLINICAL SERVICES (RDCS) oversees the development and implementation of state-of-the-art clinical programs throughout the “continuum of careâ€� in an assigned region in accordance with all laws, regulations and LCC standards.  Responsible for planning, organizing, directing, coordinating and providing training and support for nursing management in the region. Reports to Division Director of Clinical Services (DDCS). Mandatory requirements are: • At least 3 years of DON experience in LTC• Strong knowledge of OBRA and Title 22 REGULATIONS• Strong clinical skills, assessment and problem solving REQUIRED• Must be flexible and able and willing to travel extensively   among our Life Care facilities in Southern CA At Life Care Centers of America, we appreciate your desire to care for others and appreciate your strengths as a professional.
