Empi Recovery Sciences has an immediate opening for an outstanding Regeneration Billing Supervisor.  Responsibilities include maintaining smooth department work flow for Medical Billing Specialists, Patient Account Specialists, and Medicare/Medicaid Specialists and to ensure training of new hires; direct supervision of department personnel, recommendation and implementation of policy and procedures; compilation of monthly collection and production reports, as needed; and special projects as needed; ensure accurate, timely, legal and ethical claim submission to primary and secondary insurers and collection of such claims.

 

 College degree or equivalent experience with post high school education.

 Two years supervisory experience in medical insurance, medical billing and/or medical field with a strong emphasis on Medicare Part  B and Medicaid Claims.

 Strong verbal and written communication skills with proven customer service skills.

 Good problem solving aptitude and organizational skills with strong attention to detail

 Proven organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

 Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated leadership qualities.

 Experience with billing systems and personal computers including spreadsheet applications.
