We are looking for an exceptional Recruiting Manager to join our team. This position would report directly to the Division Manager. This position requires a self starter who can maintain continuous source of information and availability of the active base of talent and clients. Takes appropriate and timely measures to meet the needs of the talent and clients. Required to coordinate and negotiate terms for assignments with Division Manager's approval. Must be flexible in order to service clients and field staff requests and/or handle issues, in addition to support after hours and/or on-call duties. Recruit through various sources, to include our database, Internet, referrals, advertisements, direct mail, conventions, and cold calling to departments when necessary. Facilitate the hiring process, which includes thoroughly interviewing and screening candidates; requesting and receiving all compliance paperwork; reference checking, license verification; submitting qualified candidates to the client. Act as agent providing assistance to talent for questions, concerns, career development and retention. Maintain a solid relationship with employees. Responsible for making weekly performance report calls to talent and clients. Hit minimum performance standards per week. Help maintain an environment of high morale, motivation and teamwork. Requirements Essential Job Functions: · Maintains continuous source of information and availability of the active base of talent and clients. Takes appropriate and timely measures to meet the needs of the talent and clients.· Maintains daily activity log identifying scheduling efforts currently underway and those for the future.· Maintains daily TRM activity, task list, and candidate pipeline recruitment efforts currently underway and those for the future. · Responsible for developing referrals from active and inactive candidates and clients.· Works to achieve pre-established goals for days filled/fill rate per month.· Maintains an open line of communication with the active field staff and clients with appropriate follow-up.· Coordinate and negotiate terms for assignments using value calculator with DM approval.· Help maintain an environment of high morale, motivation and teamwork.· Retain flexible schedules in order to service clients and field staff requests and/or handle issues, in addition to support after hours and/or on-call duties.· Present appropriate features of the Supplemental Advantage and benefits to meet clients' and talent needs as well as handle objections.· Recruit through various sources, to include our database, Internet, referrals, advertisements, direct mail, conventions, and cold calling to departments when necessary.· Properly matching qualified candidates to open job orders, and updating available candidates list.· Facilitate the hiring process, which includes thoroughly interviewing and screening candidates; requesting and receiving all compliance paperwork; reference checking, license verification; submitting qualified candidates to the client.· Responsible for managing talent across company lines including local and travel.· Act as agent providing assistance to talent for questions, concerns, career development and retention. Maintain a solid relationship with employees.· Communicate with Division Managers regarding possible extensions for employees, or other job opportunities for once the employees have completed assignments.· Responsible for developing referrals from active and inactive candidates and clients.· Responsible for making weekly performance report calls to talent and clients.· Maintain Carekeeper and TRM scheduling efforts for current and future talent to include compliance maintenance.· Hit minimum performance standards per week.· Maintain company core values of Integrity, Candor, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence. Minimum Skills, Knowledge & Talents· Knowledge of principles and procedures for candidate recruitment, selection, compensation and benefits and/or similar or relevant work experience.· Working knowledge of Microsoft products, Internet Job Boards and internet recruiting.· Basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in recruiting, staffing, production methods, human resources, and/or similar or relevant work experience.· Knowledge of proper grammar, spelling and rules of composition.· Knowledge of principles and methods for selling recruiting services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, sales techniques, and sales management systems.· Ability to work effectively independently and with other team members.· Ability to organize and complete work in a timely manner.· Must show attention to detail.· Bachelor’s Degree is required.
