Recruiter Assistant
The Recruiter Assistant is an integral part of the Research and Recruiting Departments and interacts directly with physicians. An assistant works closely with the Physician Recruiters in assessing the client needs and physician requirements.
The Assistant will conduct cold calls, follow-up calls, and any other forms of communication with physicians. The Recruiter Assistant will determine the physician's needs as well as be aware of each client's physician requirements. Assistants are vital in the physician procurement process.
