Responsibilities
Responsible for sourcing qualified candidates for Therapy Management Corporation's open positions and creating relationships and pipelines for future open positions.
Responsible for screening and referring candidates for all staff vacancies to the appropriate Hiring Manager.
Determine the suitability and qualifications of each applicant prior to referring the candidate;
Responsible to make a minimum of 50 cold calls daily from licensure listings, school listings, show listings, etc.
Responsible to follow-up each personal contact with a direct mailing of information about the appropriate companies, benefits, flyers, etc.
Maintain current or future candidate and requisition databases on a real time basis.
Maintain up-to-date and accurate knowledge of all company benefits and policies and procedures relative to the hiring of new employees;
Maintains "ownership" of all candidates throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years recruiting PT, OT and SLP in a long term care setting.
This is a Fulltime exempt position.
Travel up to 50% of the time including some weekends.
This position may be home based with prior approval.
