Receptionist for North Scottsdale!

A pharmaceutical company responsible for marketing and development of over-the-counter healthcare products in North Scottsdale is searching for a Super Star Receptionist! 

 

The ideal candidate will display a high level of professionalism, and have a minimum of 6 months experience.

 

Job Duties include:

·  Answering busy phones

·  Filing

·  Typing

·  Projects as assigned

 

Requirements:

·  High school diploma; college coursework or degree is helpful

·  Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

·  Strong organization skills

·  Strong oral communication skills

·  Must be able to follow and carry out detailed written and/or oral instructions

·  Must be able to maintain a professional and pleasant manner to the company’s internal and external customer
