Receptionist/Office Assistant

Network Synergy Group is a progressive occupational healthcare management organization, specializing in the medical management of workers’ compensation claims.


We currently have the following opportunities available

with business hours of Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm:

Receptionist

&

Office Assistant

 

RECEPTIONIST-entry level

Operates switchboard to route incoming calls.  Greets vendors, customers, job applicants and other visitors.  Provides additional administrative support, as required.   

 

Essential Functions Answers all calls in a friendly mannerRoutes all incoming calls appropriatelyPrepares PPS for outgoing mailPerforms manual indexing of patient files and claimsMay assist with validating incoming scanned/faxed documentsAssists with batching claimsAssigns all scanned/faxed documentsMaintains organization of incoming documentationReceives and process referrals, as requiredVarious administrative processes

 

OFFICE ASSISTANT-entry level

Responsible for performing manual indexing of patient files and claims, validating all incoming scanned/faxed documents, separates and assigns all incoming faxed documents to appropriate queues, and other administrative duties as required.

Qualifications for positions:

 High school diploma or GEDMinimum 0 to 2 years experienceOrganizational skills and ability to multi-taskBasic computer skills; good data entry skillsExcellent phone skills
