Receptionist / Front Office Associate
RECEPTIONIST
Miracle-Ear Hearing Aid Center, the nation’s largest retail hearing aid company has an immediate opening available for a full time Front Office Associate position available. A qualified candidate will possess a warm upbeat, outgoing personality and the ability to work in a professional, team-oriented environment. Must be fluent in English and Spanish. Excellent communication skills and a passion to help others. Basic computer skills are a necessity. Some of the responsibilities include:
Answering phones, Greeting and assisting clients, Scheduling appointments. Promoting our business within the store and through outbound telephone calls.
Our compensation package includes: A $1,000 signing bonus, hourly rate + bonus opportunities. In addition, we also offer health/dental benefits, paid vacation and sick time, and a stable work schedule (Mon-Fri. 9:30-6:00).
Education and Experience Requirements:
High School education.
Required Skills:Word processing, and basic computer knowledge. Basic knowledge of Internet, and Outlook. History of performance success in past positions.
Physical Demands: Ability to handle a busy office with interruptions, calls, walk-ins and direct the flow of the office with efficiency and grace. Must be able to pick up after an interruption to complete tasks that need focus, i.e. balancing daily accounting and scheduling appointments. Must be able to lift boxes up to 20 pounds.
