Receptionist/Clerical Administration

 

Northland Company just south of KCI Airport seeks a receptionist to direct calls, great visitors, and provide clerical support to HR department of a large, busy medical products provider.

 

Duties include:  Answering multi-line phone, directing calls, greeting applicants, vendors and walk-ins.  This position will also be handling large volumes of data entry, making and maintaining personnel and applicant files, producing photo identification badges, supporting recruiting and payroll functions and performing a variety of other clerical duties. 

 

Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent with a minimum of one year clerical experience.  Candidate must have ability to maintain confidential information, strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task, great communication skills, friendly personality, and work well under pressure.  Keen data entry, clerical, computer & typing skills are a must.  Interest/experience in human resources a plus.
