Debbie's Staffing currently has a temp-to-hire opportunity for an experienced ENTRY LEVEL Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our Winston Salem Clerical and Professional office team. This opportunity is from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday-Friday, but does require some flexibility. This role is very important to our organization as a key liaison to our internal and external clients and associates. This is an entry level growth opportunity for a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual that would like to make a significant contribution to a dynamic and growing team.

 

Your primary responsibilities in this position include but are not limited to; Answering phones; Greeting applicants, clients, and associates in person and via telephone; General office administration, including supporting the office in day-to-day organizational tasks; management of archiving systems, and files; Heavy data entry; Scan and attach documents to in house computer system (training will be provided); Scheduling appointments; Assist in setting up applicant and associates on testing software; Process criminal, social security verification, and credit background checks; Assist in checking applicant employment references and; Other task as assigned.

To be considered for this position you must have;Proven, verifiable experience in a reception and/or administrative support role; Superior customer service skills; Excellent communication skills (both written and oral); Top-notch organizational skills and be detail oriented; Fast and accurate data entry skills; A high-level of proficiency with MS applications including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel and; The ability to multi-task to effectively prioritize your workload while working in this fast paced environment.
