Memorial is a leading emergency facility and the region’s designated Level II trauma center. A fully-licensed 319 bed facility, Memorial provides services ranging from psychiatric and obstetric to cardiac, cancer and rehabilitative.  Memorial is a teaching facility that is a home for two Medical Residencies in the ER and our Family Practice Clinics.

 

As an RRT, you’ll be focusing on assessment, treatment, management, control, diagnostic evaluation, education and patient care primarily serving adults, but also including geriatric and some infants. In the area of education, you’ll be promoting knowledge of the illness, therapy and self-help practices. You’ll enjoy collaborating with other disciplines to ensure optimum care for your patients.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Preferred professionals have prior respiratory care experience including one year in general adult care, critical care and pediatric care; RRT credentials from the National Board for Respiratory Care; and current BLS, ACLS and NRP/PALS certifications. Good communication, interpersonal, organizational and computer skills play a role in reaching your objectives.
