RN's for Hospice Care

Our Inpatient Unit Nurses will be responsible for: Coordinating the patient’s and family’s care.  Provides skilled nursing care as determined by the interdisciplinary plan of care.  Shifts available: 8am-4:30pm, 4pm-12:30am and 12 midnight to 8:30 am. Must be able to work some weekends.
