Position Description:Prescribes, delegates, and coordinates wholistic care to patients of all ages utilizing the nursing process as a framework for practice. Demonstrates communication and leadership skills by collaborating with and giving direction to members of the health care team to achieve positive patient outcomes within established timeframes.Qualifications:Current Wisconsin RN Liscense required.Must possess a level of analytical skills necessary to determine need for special physical assessments, to develop individual nursing care plans, to evaluate nursing care effectiveness and to resolve nursing care problems. Must possess level of interpersonal skills sufficient to interact effectively with patients/families, hospital staff and personnel, and be able to provide work direction and guidance to nursing technical and professional staff.
