Ensure delivery of a complete, accurate and timely referral package to clinical operations staff. Oversee activities of referral relations staff.Qualifications:*Highly developed communications and relationship-building skills*Strong written and verbal communications skills*Highly organized with ability to prioritize responsibilities and work independently*Knowledge of various insurance and government coverage*Ability to lead staff; prior supervisory experience helpful*Ability to adapt to flexible working environment*Current RN or therapist license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts*Minimum of five years clinical experience, with at least two years in a home care environment*Computer literate in Microsoft Office with ability to learn specialized software applicationsSchedule for this position include:One weekend day each week4 ten hour daysWednesday through Saturday 8:30 to 6:30pm ( One day a week in an acute or community environment)Salary/Benefits: Salary commensurate with experienceSee website www.partnershomecare.org Job Location: Beverly, MAJob Number: 3510Company URL: http://www.partnershomecare.org/
