Position Description:Asses, plan, implement, evaluate patient needs and nursing care. Also manages patient care assignments, demonstrates professional/clinical competency, and practices within the Code of Ethics for nurses and the Standards of Nursing practice. The registered nurse will collaborate with the Unit Leadership and other disciplines within the care team and coordinate patient care, evaluate outcomes and monitor variances to ensure quality patient care. The registered nurse will delegate patient care responsibilities appropriately to licensed and unlicensed members of the health care team and maintain accountability for the quality of care. Qualifications:WI RN lic.,ACLS certificated required.,1-2yrs Previous PACU or Critical Care experience required. Holiday, weekend, and night call required on rotational basis with the department.Various starting times between 06:30 and 1300 with concurrent varied shift ending times.
