As a member of our Pay Per Visit Program, enjoy * Weekly Pay * Comprehensive Benefits * Less administrative paperwork As a Pay Per Visit Registered Nurse, you will: *Admit patients to the services, completing appropriate clinical documentation under the Clinical Manager's direction. Assess individual status and care/instruction needed by the patient. *Administer on-going care and case management for each patient, providing necessary follow-up as directed by the Clinical Manager. *Confer with physician and develop the initial plan of treatment based on physician's orders and initial patient assessment. *Provide hands-on care, management and evaluation of the care plan, and education of the patient in accordance with physician orders, under Clinical Manager's supervision. Revise plan in consultation with physician based on ongoing assessments and as required by policy/regulation.
