As a member of our Pay Per Visit Program, enjoy * Weekly Pay * Comprehensive Benefits * Less administrative paperwork As a Pay Per Visit Registered Nurse with Gentiva, you will: *Admit patients to the services, completing appropriate clinical documentation under the Clinical Manager's direction. Assess individual status and care/instruction needed by the patient. *Administer on-going care and case management for each patient, providing necessary follow-up as directed by the Clinical Manager. *Confer with physician and develop the initial plan of treatment based on physician's orders and initial patient assessment. *Provide hands-on care, management and evaluation of the care plan, and education of the patient in accordance with physician orders, under Clinical Manager's supervision. Revise plan in consultation with physician based on ongoing assessments and as required by policy/regulation. Qualifications *Diploma, Associate or Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing *Six months experience in area of specialty/desired practice *Current unrestricted licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state(s) to which assigned and current CPR certification *Good organizational and communication skills expect more from GentivaWe give you everything you need to make the most of your career, including advanced education and training, the latest resources and the industry's highest standards of clinical excellence.
