Cedars-Sinai's Office-Based Outpatient Orthopaedic Center has an opening for a Clinical Program Coordinator to work with an experienced team of specialists to diagnose and treat individuals with a full range of orthopaedic diseases, disorders and injuries, as well as those recovering from orthopedic surgery. In addition to pioneering new physical training programs that target the specific needs of professional and amateur athletes, the center is involved with new research and treatments for foot and ankle, shoulders, hands and knees, and houses one of the nation’s only dance medicine centers.   The Clinical Program Coordinator assumes responsibility and accountability for the application of the nursing process and the delivery of patient care. Consistently demonstrates professional skills and abilities, utilizes his/her knowledge base and proficient skills to direct and supervise the clinical performance of others. Demonstrates motivation and creativity and serves as a catalyst for effective changes within the unit and institutional level. Applies clinical knowledge regarding standard pattern of care to consolidate interventions for time and cost savings. Serves as the primary coordinator for the Orthopaedic Center including physicians, nurses, and clinical support staff.Current CA RN license, BSN required (MSN preferred), Outpatient office mangement experience essential,  Orthopaedic experience preferred.
