We are looking for a candidate that would be interested in a temp to hire, Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm or 9am-5:30pm. Skills and Experience Required: • Current California Registered Nurse license • Current BLS certification. (AHA) • Minimum of five (5) years acute care and management experience • Certification in Occupational Health Nursing preferredJob Responsibilities: • Responsible and accountable for the coordination and case management of all injured associates at SFMC. • This includes detailed tracking of all required reports, including but not limited to scheduled reports to management, the SFMC Board and the OSHA Log of occupational injuries and illnesses. • Maintains contact with injured associates and assists in making necessary appointments. • Coordinates the handling of claims with the third party administrator, coordinates and manages follow up and return to work assignments.Discover all that’s possible with Yoh Health Care.
