Harris Methodist Southlake has an exciting opportunity to add to our family. We are looking for an Experienced Registered Nurse Manager to lead our Pre-Admissions Testing, Pre-Op and PACU teams. 

 

As the RN Manager leading these teams you will ensure that HMS provides professional and compassionate patient care. You will be responsible for overseeing professional nursing care of the PAT/PreOp/and PACU departments. You will supervise approximately 32 employees and responsible for staffing levels, staff competencies, meeting quality intiatives and managing department budgets.

 

Your goal will be to develop a relationship with your team and peers that helps you successfully achieve your departments' objectives while satisfying hospital's Mission, Values, Ethics and Goals.   This position will report to the Chief Nursing Officer, is a member of the Harris Methodist Southlake Leadership Team, is to be clinically competent; although will not generally be responsible for day-to-day patient care the manager should be comfortable delivering care to patients.

  The ideal candidate will have managerial and leadership experience Current TX RN License Graduate of an accredited school of nursing  Two to five years of nursing management experience preferred Current BCLS, ACLS and PALS certifications
