.Title : RN, Manager, Critical careLocation : Panama City, FLDuration : Full time permanent positionDESCRIPTION:Supervises and coordinates functions and activities of units or a major department, requiring advanced nursing practice. May be responsible for service line group in director’s absence.POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES:i) Consults with director concerning management of assigned units and all related matters.ii) Organizes, directs and coordinates functions and activities in assigned units.iii) Completes performance appraisals with employees. Intervenes and resolves personnel problems.
