RN MDS COORDINATOR
Imperial Nursing Center located in Hazel Crest currently seeks an RN MDS coordinator.
The healthcare professional we seek will have the following qualifications:
* Current RN licensure in the state of Illinois
* In depth knowledge of the mds and pps process
* Prior experience in an MDS coordinator role
* Detail oriented and a team player
If you have these qualifications and can hit the ground running in this role, we would like to talk with you today about this immediate position.
